Two Hakone Yosegi-zaiku boxes, pre-owned. The exterior dimensions of the larger box are approximately "width 11.6cm, length 18cm, height 5.3cm." The smaller box is approximately "width 9cm, length 6.8cm, height 4cm." The larger box has a mirror on the underside of the lid. There are scratches and stains from use. The larger box has a structure where the lid is secured and opened/closed by nails driven into the sides of the outer box. However, one of the nails broke during use, so I removed both nails and repaired it by driving in new nails. During the repair, there are scratches and chips around where the nails were inserted. Also, the lid is slightly raised on one side. Please check the photos for the condition. The smaller box has been used very little, so the condition is good. Please check the photos.
