This is a Japanese-made brown donut cushion. I used it to alleviate pain from an episiotomy after childbirth! I couldn't sit without it, and this cushion really helped me, but I only used it for one month postpartum. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but it is a used item, so please understand. The Velcro connecting parts are missing. However, I never used those parts, so I think it can be used without them without any problems.
