This is a pair of BLUE BELL whipcord work pants from the 1950s-60s. The color is black, or charcoal gray, as is typical for whipcord. The brand is Blue Bell. They feature a Gripper zipper and a wide silhouette. Made of 100% cotton. I purchased these deadstock with the flasher attached about 6-7 years ago and have only worn them a handful of times, so the fabric is still in good condition. The flasher is included. The size is marked as a 33-inch waist and 34-inch inseam. Actual measurements are: waist 41cm, inseam 76cm (4cm hem), leg opening 23.5cm, rise 34cm, thigh width 36cm. The condition is as shown in the photos. There is water staining on the pocket lining. The fabric in the stained area has weakened with age and is torn. This could likely be repaired by a tailor by patching the fabric. The waist felt a little small, so I had a tailor let it out like a pair of slacks. I don't mind it, but if you prefer, you could have the waist taken in again. There are a few light-colored lines, possibly from sun fading while folded, but they are not very noticeable.
