The Parasaurolophus is a dinosaur characterized by a distinctive crest that curves gently backward from its head, giving it a unique appearance. This distinctive crest extends from the nasal area and is said to have been about 2 meters long. It was previously thought to have functioned like a snorkel for breathing when in the water. However, this theory has been refuted because there was no opening at the tip of the crest. Various theories have emerged, such as it functioning as a resonating chamber to call to other members of its species, but the specific role is still unclear. Approximately 20cm in length.
