This is a Claude Lakey 7*3 tenor saxophone mouthpiece. The catalog opening for a 7*3 is 2.87mm. It looks like it's from a fairly old era. Although there are fine scratches all over, it doesn't feel like they affect the playing. Despite the wide high baffle, there's no unpleasant resistance, and it's a fun mouthpiece to play. I don't feel like I'm fully utilizing its potential, so I'd like to sell it.
