It's a valuable fabric that can only be produced by the top British manufacturer, Joshua Ellis. The tailoring is done in a factory in Belarus, which has its headquarters in France, and it's a duffle coat that inherits history and tradition. It has padding, making it warm and cute, and is recommended. There is some slight wear and tear, a light stain on the inside of the collar, and some scuffing on the front, but I don't think it will be a problem for wearing.
