I believe the fabric is around 10oz (this is my personal opinion, as the manufacturer doesn't specify the fabric weight). The tag says M size, but the measurements in the image are closer to a standard L size. Please check the details in the images. The pants appear to have a tapered hem, but they are straight with no gathering.
