This is a genuine silk Tsumugi Nishijin folk craft weave, a Fukuro Nagoya obi, 100% silk. ✨ It has a Showa-era retro design and was stored in a kimono chest at my parents' house. It's over 35 years old and unused; I suspect the box may have even been unopened. The box and the white cloth wrapping it have stains and discoloration due to aging, but the obi itself is in beautiful condition. ☺️ It's a technical craft item with a quality certificate and price tag still attached, so it's too good to throw away.
