Please note that the leaves may not be as crisp as in the picture, as they will be slightly wilted after harvesting to allow for more to be packed. To prevent spoilage, the leaves will be sent unwashed. As they are natural, there may be some soil, insects, or insect bites. We appreciate your understanding. They may wilt during shipping, but they should be delicious if stored in the refrigerator. They are also easy to use if you blanch them quickly, cut them to a manageable size, and freeze them.
