I steamed carrots often, so there might be some slight color transfer on the pink parts, although it's not very noticeable. The part where you put water in has a bit of wear, but it turns whitish after the first use. Other than that, I think it's clean. It comes with the box and instruction manual. I will put it in the original box as shown in the photos, and then ship it in a cardboard box. (The box has some minor scratches that were there from when I bought it.)
