Imakumano Kannon-ji Temple is a Shingon Buddhist temple located in Sennyu-ji Sannai-cho, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto. It is a sub-temple of Sennyu-ji Temple, the head temple of the Sennyu-ji school. The principal image is the Eleven-faced Kannon, and it is commonly known as Imakumano. This offering is a set of two items: a goshuin (temple stamp) and a history booklet. Imakumano Kannon-ji Temple is known as a famous spot for autumn leaves, but the fresh green leaves from spring to early summer are truly exceptional. "Kanza" is a renovated rest area within the temple grounds, reborn as a place to appreciate the beauty of the fresh green leaves. "Kanza" is named after the Zen phrase "Kanza chosho fu wo kiku" (to sit quietly and listen to the wind in the pines), which means to sit quietly and listen to the wind. It features a water mirror and a terrace, allowing visitors to experience nature with all five senses. In autumn, you can enjoy the autumn leaves, and in the current season, you can also enjoy the floor of fresh green leaves.
