This is the famous Audio Technica microphone arm, the AT8700J. Purchased June 18, 2025. Used only once for recording. Used for about 3 hours, in excellent condition. Stored in its box since then. I bought it as a sub-stand, but I thought it was the sturdiest of this type of microphone arm. Each joint is strong enough, and I think stable recording is possible. I usually use a floor stand type microphone stand, so I'm letting this go even though it's in very good condition. Recommended for those considering a new purchase. No claims, no returns.
