There are a few pleats in the front, but the back is streamlined. There are no pockets in the front or back, so they're a little difficult to use, and I've kept them stored since wearing them once. The fabric isn't thick, so if you plan to wear them in winter, I recommend wearing tights or leggings underneath. (They are not see-through.) The back has elastic, so they are slim-fitting, but should fit to a certain extent. They are high-waisted, so they would suit those with a Wave body type.
