I used it once for the entrance ceremony. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but the lace part of the design has a slightly snagged look. Please see images three and four. (It looks pretty much the same as when I bought it.) The snap closure is Velcro. Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item.
