This is an elevated bed with cushioning. I bought it for a medium-sized dog and placed it in the room for a day, but the dog didn't use it. Also, the size didn't fit. It's a size that would be spacious for a small dog. There are a few chew marks on the left and right sides. The cushion is not removable.
