Remake using a pre-owned silk (正絹) fukuro obi and obi締め (decorative cord). The embroidery is gorgeous, and the obi fabric is substantial. Features two internal pockets. The lining is made from the back of the obi. Interfacing is applied to the outer fabric. Handmade by an amateur. There may be uneven stitching and slight misalignments. While I haven't found any stains or damage, I may have overlooked something. As this is a recycled item, there may be minor loosening of the embroidery.
