Purchased in the US around 2014. It was working until 2-3 years ago, but now it won't charge, so I'm selling it. In a similar situation before, replacing the battery fixed the issue, so there's a chance it could charge again with a battery replacement. I've used it for about 10 years, so it has its share of scratches. Please consider this only if you understand the condition.
