The obi features a rustic, wild silk fabric with a woodblock sarasa design that has a rich, blurred and bleeding effect. The fabric is a very roughly textured wild silk with a horizontal striped weave, rich in slubs, in shades of flax and sobagiri color (a slightly greenish light gray, like soba noodles).
