Navy wool felt hat with a ribbon. Asymmetrical design with one side turned up. I'm not sure when I bought it, but I think it was about 20 years ago at a Le Ciel Bleu store. I'm not sure how many times I've worn it, but it's been a maximum of 3 times. It has been stored away from sunlight. There are no stains from makeup or anything inside. If you look closely, you can see a few small pills, but personally, I don't think they're very noticeable. I think it's in generally good condition, but it is a used item.
