This is an early Fender Mexico Classic 50s Stratocaster, made in 1999. The reason for the discount is as shown in images 7, 8, and 9: the frets on the 1st to 3rd frets have been repeatedly removed and re-inserted. They were a bit buzzy, so I swapped them with frets from another guitar, resulting in the condition shown in the images. Please assume you will need to replace them. Fret replacement can be done for around 11,000 yen at a cheap place like a certain auction site. Please look for a shop yourself. If you're handy, you might be able to replace just the three frets. You can still play it as is, but it's priced lower because of this, so please understand. The pickups alone are worth a considerable amount. The strings have been changed. And guitars from this era used good quality wood. The pickups have been replaced with USA Pure Vintage, I believe. It has a bright, spanky sound. Neck: Straight Truss Rod: Turns both ways Frets: 1st to 3rd frets are problematic. The rest are about 70% remaining. Please replace as they are consumables. String Height: 12th fret, 6th string 2.0mm, 1st string 1.9mm All electronics work normally without any crackling. The tremolo arm (US spec, inch size) can be bought online for as little as 500 yen, so please purchase one yourself if you need it. Comes with a soft case. It's a good sounding guitar even acoustically, and resonates well.
