Unopened and unused, but it has been stored for a long time. I opened it for the purpose of listing it. The box has dull stains, and there is yellowing and dirt on the inside. There are what appear to be stains on the side of the tape. Please check the photos. I don't see any noticeable dirt on the tape surface, but this is a visual inspection by an amateur, and I have not tested the tape's adhesive properties.
