I received these as a gift and only tried them on once in the entryway; they haven't been worn outside. They are in relatively good condition, but please understand that they have been stored at home and are being assessed by a non-professional, so there may be some oversights. They are very light and I think they would put less strain on your feet. There is also a place to write your name.
