This is leftover fabric from a disassembled kimono. It features a dark green background with a crimson floral arabesque pattern. The flowers are woven with three colors of thread: crimson, yellow-ocher (greenish yellow), and silver. This fabric was made from a kimono found in an old chest of drawers at my parents' house.
