New highlighter. The color is champagne? (Beige). I bought it at Loft last weekend. I'm selling it because I realized I have too many highlighters. It has not been applied directly to the skin. Used once. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as it has been handled by another person.
