I have two watches. One turns on after being placed on the charging station for about 3 minutes, but the other one doesn't display anything. The LED on the charging station lights up, but turns off after a few seconds. I can still tell it's charging. After taking the watch off the charging station for about 3 minutes, one displays the time, but it turns off after a few seconds. Perhaps it needs to charge longer since it hasn't been used in years. The other one doesn't display anything even after being removed from the charging station. A software CD for downloading music is included. Also included is a Windows 98 PC program, which is the only program that can be used with this watch. Please note that even if the download is successful, the watch's operation cannot be guaranteed.
