I bought this at ZOZOTOWN for about 2000 yen. It's no longer sold, so there are no images. You can hold the ring part to use it as a handbag, or put the strap over your shoulder to use it as a shoulder bag. As for the size, it can fit a 500ml plastic bottle. The second picture is the back of the bag. The color was different from what I expected, so I've only used it once or twice.
