I purchased this about two years ago, and it's a new, unused item. However, please understand that it has been stored at home, so there may be some overlooked imperfections. The dress has slits on both sides of the hem and pockets on both sides. A petticoat is not included. I am also selling this on other sites, so please understand that I may remove it without notice.
