I purchased this new on Amazon and had it installed at a motorcycle shop. However, before delivery, I realized the size wasn't what I wanted, so I bought a different size. Although it was installed once, it's unused. (It has not been ridden with the item installed.) It was only opened and installed. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about such things. The box is labeled as 58L, but the contents are 45L. (The 45L box was disposed of by the motorcycle shop.)
