I bought this a few years ago, but I haven't worn it much. It's three-quarter length, with elastic cuffs, giving it a soft, airy feel overall. The ruffles around the neckline are also subtle and cute. The hems at the bottom can be cinched. The buttons are hidden, but one has come off (><)
