While I was attending, I would immediately wash it after returning home using Ariel disinfecting detergent. Personally, I made an effort to keep it clean, washing it to remove sweat and odors. I used it frequently during the first month of attending. As those who use yoga rugs know, this yoga rug for sale is thin and smooth. I found thick terry cloth rugs with grip dots on the back to be the most user-friendly, so I mainly used the terry cloth ones. I kept this rug in my car as a backup for when I had unexpected free time and could go to a yoga studio, as it's thin and easy to carry. I am selling this because I am switching to Pilates. Good for a spare, when you can't wash your main one in time, or to keep in your car as a backup. There are no noticeable stains, but compared to terry cloth, it tends to wear out even with fewer washes. Please check the images for the condition of the edges of the fabric.
