The size is flat: shoulder width 47cm, body width 59cm, waist is 45cm before stretching the elastic, and about 50cm when the elastic is stretched. The inseam is 67cm, which was a perfect fit for me, who is 172cm tall and weighs 64kg. The hem length is about the length that touches the top of the foot. However, the hem is not very neatly done. As you can see in the photos, there are seams that are not neatly sewn all the way around. Please understand. Also, there are some stains near the hem as shown in the photos, and there is a 5mm round stain on the left ankle. It is thin but sturdy khaki poly-cotton. You can wear it as town wear with a jacket, for outdoor activities, or for outdoor work such as gardening. The Dickies logo is sewn on the front and back pockets. The front zipper is long, so you won't have any trouble in the restroom. Again, as shown in the last photo, there are stains and repairs. Please consider this.
