Thank you for viewing. These are dressy pants with slits at the hem, purchased from H&M. There is some fabric wear on the sides and some loose threads at the hem. That's probably why they were on sale. I bought them because the black color makes the flaws less noticeable. I haven't worn them since I bought them because the size no longer fits.
