This is a twist-action ballpoint pen from Aquascutum. Regarding the color, although most photos appear black, the actual color is a dark brown marble. I've tried to capture the color in the second photo, but it's a bit darker in reality. The remaining ink level is unknown. It writes at the moment. Sometimes, when twisting the pen to extend or retract the tip, there's a slight scratching sound. There are some signs of use, such as minor scratches, but no major or noticeable damage. There appears to be a dent on the pen tip. It looks like a black spot in the photos, but I believe it's actually a dent in the gold plating. It's not as black as it appears in the photos; please check the sixth photo.
