This is a kimono with an awase (lined) construction. It's difficult to tell from the sheen, but the outer fabric is black. It was just finished being made, but I'm selling it because I have too many similar ones. It's a solid-colored kimono (iromuji), with a distinct pattern in the weave. The lining (hakkake) is wine red, so it's essentially a fashionable piece. It has a small cherry blossom pattern running vertically and also has a sheen. It has been treated with water-repellent guard processing and is covered by the BANKAN 5-year after-service warranty. Approximately 50cm of leftover fabric is also included. Measurements: Length: 164cm Bust: 86cm Hips: 90cm Sleeve length: 1 shaku 8 sun 6 bu (approx. 70-71cm) I prefer longer sleeves, so the sleeve length is 1 shaku 4 sun (approx. 52-53cm). Most ready-made kimonos these days are 49cm, and I think that's the standard for custom orders unless otherwise specified. However, you can wear it with a juban (under-kimono) made for 49cm sleeves without it looking too out of place.
