This is a black velvet jacket, size 160. My daughter wore it for her elementary school graduation, but it seems like it could also be worn for going out. It has matte gold buttons. It's about the right size for a woman who usually wears a size M. (Please understand that the size was measured by an amateur.) It's made of a material that doesn't wrinkle easily, so I plan to fold it up small for shipping, but I will let you know the shipping method after I actually pack it.
