Purchased new from a musical instrument store over 10 years ago, and used primarily for practice at home. Operation has been confirmed. I have carefully inserted and removed cables by holding the plug. I have never pulled on them or stepped on them, putting stress on the plugs. However, please understand that this is a used item from a private seller, and consider this before purchasing.
