Purchased December 2025 This mascara base can be used alone or as a primer. It's praised in reviews for creating beautiful, clump-free lash separation. It has strong hold among washable mascaras and gives a glossy finish. I have too many favorite mascaras and can't use them all, so I'm selling this. Approximately 90% of the product remains.
