This is a polka dot dress I purchased from UNITED ARROWS. I loved it when I bought it, but I've decided to sell it. It's black with white (and blue) polka dots, giving it a mature look. It's hard to see in the photos, but the neckline is V-shaped with black buttons down to the chest. There's gathering under the bust, which makes for a flattering silhouette. *It's slightly sheer, so we recommend wearing an undershirt.
