This is baker by ted baker, the children's line from the British brand TED BAKER. Purchased online from NEXT. Worn infrequently, but worn last winter. Some slight fuzzing. There is a stain on the cuff of the sleeve, as shown in the photo. The design is quite fitted, so it looks neat. In my son's case, he wore it when he was around 70-80cm tall, and it seems like it would be too small at 90cm.
