The pattern of chinkin (gold inlay) stands out against the gorgeous vermilion lacquer. It goes well with Imari-ware colored plates and sometsuke (blue and white) tableware. These are old items. Please be aware of the characteristics of antique lacquerware, such as chipping of the lacquer on the edges, damage such as deformation and cracks due to aging, and swelling of the lacquer. We ask that those who understand antiques and antique items purchase them. Just in case, I have washed them with dish soap before listing them. I measured one bowl, and it was approximately 12.5 cm in diameter and 5.7 cm in height (without the lid). Shipping is planned via Rakuraku Mercari, but may be changed to Yu-Yu Mercari depending on circumstances. There are no pets or smokers. Please be sure to ask any questions before purchasing.
