I have cleaned and disinfected it after each use, so I think it's in good condition, but there is some discoloration on the silicone due to aging. The back of the box states that there are two silicone nozzles, but one is missing. However, I was able to use the long silicone nozzle (photo 6) with this aspirator, so I will include it as well. The long silicone nozzle has a narrow tip, so it was easy to use even from the time when the baby's nostrils were small.
