Vegito The two "fair" ratings are based on the Dragon Ball card's condition. Apparently, there were a few scratches. Since it's a used item, I believe there are some scratches and scuffs. Please check the images for confirmation, and refrain from purchasing if you have any concerns. The scratches and scuffs are as shown in the images. This is not a new item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a pristine item or are overly concerned about condition.
