I purchased this at a store a few years ago. I've worn it a few times and it's been home-cleaned. It has a lining. It can be put on and taken off with a zipper. The back of the waist is elastic. There's some pilling around the waist and hips, and while it shows signs of wear, it seems like it could be cleaned up. There's no noticeable damage, and I think it's still wearable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
