This item is new and unopened at my home. This was purchased directly from the official Rejuran website and shipped from Korea. It appears to have been opened for customs inspection, as there are signs of opening on the bottom and a double seal. It arrived on September 4th, and the expiration date for both is October 3, 2027, which is two years from now. I am not considering lowering the price.
