Only the accessories are included. The cover of the user's guide has what appears to be a number written on it in pencil. The spare ear pads are unopened, but they look moldy. ^^; *They look like they might crumble if you rub them with your finger, so if you don't need them, I will discard them and not include them. The only thing that seems to have any value is the Apple sticker, perhaps??
