While there is no extreme damage or dirt that would cause functional problems, there are some loose threads and damage on parts of the inner pocket and handles, and it shows signs of use compared to when I first bought it. The shoulder strap is unused and in good condition. The included storage bag has been disposed of, so it is not included. Please understand that this is a sale of the bag itself only before purchasing.
