I wore this several times in the fall of last year and the spring of this year. There are a few small stains around the neck area from when my baby refused the bottle and didn't want to drink milk. They're not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I used this as loungewear and pajamas, so I never wore it outside!
