This piece is a blue and white porcelain bowl from Jingdezhen with a design of flowers and plants. It is an extremely thin bowl, translucent in places. The patterns on the inside and outside are all hand-painted, making it a wonderful piece. The mark on the foot ring reads "Made in the Xuande period of the Great Ming Dynasty," but it is a piece from a more recent era, approximately 50 years old.
