These are navy blue New Balance 996 series shoes. They are 15.5cm, but I'm selling them because my child has outgrown them. There is some tearing (see photo 6), but they are still in good condition and can still be used. If your child wears the 313 series in 15cm, the 996 in 15.5cm should fit perfectly. I purchased these used and used them for one season. Please check the photos for small tears, etc.
