This is a MINI-K raincoat/jumper. It should be useful for the upcoming rainy season. The lining is mesh, so it can be worn even on windy days, not just rainy ones. Size is 95cm. It was hardly worn before it became too small, so there are no noticeable stains or scuffs. The logo is also clean. However, upon taking it out now, there was a dirty spot on the inside hem of the zipper. See image 4. It's on the inside hem, so it's not visible when worn.
